Goodmorning gents and ladies,
I have a peculiar problem with which I am at my wits end. I work for a children's home in Kwazulu-Natal. As we are situated on a farm and because the telkom cables gets stolen on a weekly basis - Telkom has given us Huawei e960 routers which let us make phone calls and internet over the router. This has been in place for 1 year +-. All of a sudden about 3 months ago our accounts skyrocketed with regards to data. Our last month's account was over R6000 and I don't have to tell you that as we are a NPO we cannot have this as a regular occurence. As far as I can ascertain is that we have a 10GB Ti-AllAccess account (with another 10GB free) but when we receive the daily "totals" it shows that we have not used ANY data, which leads me to believe that all our data is being billed as "out of bundle" which also seems to be reflected like this in our account summary. I have tried to add our account username and passwords to the dial-up but to no-avail. (I have only been working here for about 6 months). I also looked on the net if there is any other dial-up number except using *99# but it seems that there is none.
Is there anybody that can give me some tips or help?
