Telkom exec u-turns on quitting

more like unanimous unbridled joy as i recall......

next question: is there anything special about this guy or is telkom just doing its best to prove that it can actually stop the rats from fleeing the sinking shi[-]t[/-]p?

Well there is one thing that makes him """special""", Hayward sucks at basic mathematics...
He will remain in the position of managing executive, but with a broader, more strategic role than before which cut across the different channels; like retail and wholesale. This was in line with Telkom changing its business model to accommodate convergence, Hayward said.

Hayward said Telkom faced considerable challenges, but he was confident that he could add value and had a clearer picture in his mind now of how the company would move forward and be successful than prior to his various discussions.

He said he had huge respect for his colleagues in management at Telkom and enjoyed the industry.

I suspect that [searchforum]Steve "Chinese Maths" Hayward[/searchforum] woke up one morning to find that Telkodemonopolies' periodic brainwashing of its employees, had worn off, and tendered his resignation, only to find that he has such a bad reputation, that no sane company would employ him, and consequently decided to again submit to a fresh brainwashing in order to stay within the belly of the beast.

Telkodemonopolies reminds me of WolfRam & Hart, now if only Cordie could pitch up with a vision of how to defeat this foe.

LOL, the so called talent can be redeployed to TelkodemonopoliesMedia, whilst the ones that September dislikes get redeployed to a hot version of a Siberian prison in Nigeria.

Steve... You say now that Telkom's prices were too high three or four years ago...

Three or four years ago, you were telling us that there was nothing wrong with your company's prices.

Something doesn't add up... Maybe you should redo the maths on that one... :D
