Telkom explains ADSL problems

LoL. I just realised that perhaps, the reason for all the delays and problems I'm getting is because I'm clue-up on what service should be and don't play along like a good sheep - so I've been relegated to the bottom of the list in Telkom's books. Without any evidence to the contrary, my personal experience says this may very well be the case.
This has been mentioned before - and in my most paranoid moments I experienced this with telkom years ago - get the feeling as soon as you call - if you lucky enough to get through (number logging?) - that as soon as you open your mouth you're back at the bottom of the queue. Telkom - and the rest of the pitiful bunch - are a law unto themselves and they know it. Captive users in a captive market - we have no choice - suck it up!
 
If it was a private company I would have told them to take their product and stick it up their arse and would have gone to the competitors.
This is where I get so frustrated even though I totally despise their attitude I am still dependant on them for my connectivity. I hate being held their by someone I don't approve of, it feels like rape but it is legal.
 
speaking of telkom service. i have just been contacted by them for a "survey" on the service provided friday. so maby they are looking at improving it hey?

survey took forever they asked many questions.
 
If they phone me to answer that survey I will just ask them to hold on a moment,,,, then walk away, go to work or 2 the pub or something.
If they are still holding on when I get back then I 'might' answer their questions, or maybe just then pretend to transfer them to another number and then just cut them off.

HAHAHA had a nice laugh at "go to work or 2 the pub or something" ROFL ja i should've done something like that. or ask to call them back and call them during the 2010 world cup final or something :D
