Telkom Fault reporting offline

Hi,

I'm just curious if anyone else's existing logged faults at Telkom doesn't show on their profile?

I've logged 2 faults (1x closed + 1x open) so far this year, and the My Faults page doesn't show any those 2.

When I query the open fault with its Fault Reference Number, I just get
We are unable to process your request. Please try again later.

All I want to do at this moment is to somehow try and get my intermittent ADSL connectivity issue solved :(, so I hoped to somehow escalate the logged fault.
