This is horrifying. Hopely everything comes right soon. I'm waiting for contractors but I'm going to help them to make sure things get done quickly and in a single day. Not planning on lifting any paving though.

I think it is a Nokia turnkey project on Telkom's behalf.

it would be either Huawei or Nokia, but that is totally ****ty work... best thing is to check the vehicle that came to do the work for signage, or get the driver to provide info on who to contact from these guys... Telkom is not going to respond efficiently, they just shirk it to the sp they issued the work to.... or you can just plaster this all over their fb and twitter pages...
