Telkom Fibre Slow

Lately my line has gotten worse and worse.
20Mbps and I am getting 12Mbps on average.
Used to be 18.5 to 19.5 continuously but lately it slower
My upload is still a good 9.5

I upgraded about 2mths ago from 10 to 20 but if this is the case I will want to go back to 10.
Any ideas?
