telkom fixed wireless phone ss-t98

telkom gave me this phone and sim card early february,and promised to have it activated after one or two days !
after many follow up calls to different people i still havnt had any luck.
has any body had a similar problem ,or have any advise for me how to get this done ?

your sim card probably isn't activated.
test in a normal cell if it still isn't working you need to speak to telkom to activate the sim, if it works then the problem is the phone.
