Telkom Has ADSL Issue

Well i was at the telkom shop about an month ago to upgrade my adsl speed, and they havent done it yet, then i found out that the new system they use are F*&#$d and nobody in S.A can do an upgrade or get an new ADSL line, Welldone for the new system 3 cheers for telkom, hip hip ..... hip hip ...... hip hip ......:confused:
 
ok then i have to add i am in the Eastern Cape and the guy in the new service department in CPT said that 2 me...
 
but then the question is who do i call to resove the problem for me? any idees?? i called 10219 that log it every time and then i have to wait 7 days, and i have an direct numb, to there supervisor he can't help me either...:mad:
 
hmm well I've been waiting a week now for my line upgrade, and so far nothing.
 
well all that u hear from this shop is we are on an new system we cant do anything from ower side anymore... please call 10219.... and one other thing i heard that telkom are busy testing 8mb lines to know...:)
