Telkom Implementing Local Cap?

Any1 reached 10gigs yet? will be nice to know if the local cap exists yet.

Guess they haven't tries to use some of the "kewl features" of ADSL that Telkom likes to advertise, like streaming audio and video. Wonder how long before you hit the CAP when listening to international radio/audio streems and whatching live streaming video.

Thats right Telkom, advertise features one can't even use[xx(]
 
No solid proof of the local cap, plus since the main reason for the 3 gig int. cap is the expense of the int. bandwidth I can hardly see Telkom now saying local bandwidth is expensive (unless they have out sourced the local bw to the US :P).....err ... what am I saying? This is Telkom.
 
If only we could cap our Telkom payments...
