Telkom improves online fault reporting

So you mean they are actually going to process these fault reports? Wow. My past experience (few years back) is they are ignored.
 
Obviously online fault reporting requires online access which could present a problem, mind you I've had the ADSL working and voice down in the past :)

What I am impressed with though is the SMS fault report system.
 
Wow... So I just have to irritate 1000's of people by giving them bad and expensive service and then I will get a free editorial of my company when I add a button on my home page... nice, cheap, effective.
 
Online fault reporting worked fine for me in the past. Glad the link is now visible :p
