We've been waiting for a few weeks now for Telkom to install a 4/10mbps line in a house we're moving into in Parkhurst. After hearing nothing from them for a while, I phoned them up today and was told "Telkom is currently upgrading the infrastructure in Parkhurst and we don't know when we'll be able to come and install the line." Is there any Telkom rep or anyone else on here that knows how long this will take? We're moving in next week and we really need the line installed ASAP...
