Telkom Installation Time Sucks

New technology, same old Telkom...

Did you really expect anything more?
 
Tim, I feel your pain. I don't have copper because Telkom told me to cancel it when I ordered my fibre. The technicians came out a week or so later and couldn't complete the installation because they couldn't find the existing copper line entry point. I've been waiting for 3 weeks for someone to dig a hole which I could do myself if someone would tell me where to dig. What makes things even worse is that I live in an estate where there is pre-existing trenching/trunking (the technicians just didn't know where to look). :mad:
