Afraid ranger is the only "rep" in this thread and he just helps out in an unofficial capacity. From the deafening silence I suspect he's been temporarily "muzzled" until TI's PR dept can come up with an official statement.Does TI no longer allow reps to post here? Would be great to have an update as to what's been going on at our long time favourite ISP. Im actually quite bummed to have cancelled.

Im still having issues. There a massive lag when opening any page. Takes 30-90secs to open a single page, example mybroadband.co.za and www.ign.co.za
Tracert test perferct. Im on 4MB Uncapped.
On news server i get 200-300 KB/s which is obviously not that bad, but the pages not loading is very frustrating.
Switched to my FNB ADSL account, works 100%.
Does the new Durban POP have it's own DNS server settings? I'm still using the JHB ones Ranger suggested we use.
