Telkom Internet Capped/Uncapped User Feedback (Pt2)

Please help. For the past month I've been having terrible speeds. I have a 4 meg line but this is the speed I'm getting. What can I do.

Download Speed: 1576 kbps (197 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 418 kbps (52.3 KB/sec transfer rate)

Anyone else having issues with supersport streaming? My Line seems to be working fine, netflix / YouTube plays HD no problem. Supersport looks like 240

Yea, Lot's of reports about that across all ISPs at the moment... Supersport issue during high traffic times.
 
My Skype circle is just spinning, not showing me or anyone online, but we can message? Just shows connecting...anyone else? Telkom or Skype related?
 
Really high latency on the network the past 3 days for me :( no online gaming for me. Anyone have a rough idea when we can expect it to be normal again? I have a backup Afri account to use but its only 5GB so it wont last long.
 
So last night I start streaming rugby world cup via ITV using Hola extender for Chrome. It all works great when 30 mins later my internet is speed is, well, everything shows green but I cannot even google. I reboot router etc, but to no avail.

Is this Telkom throttling me? I have 4meg line, uncapped. How long before Telkom will start to throttle? I really hope it was a Telkom ADSL glitch, will see tonight but with me using Hola....maybe Telkom not likey?

No, you will (currently) get redirected to a page on tracker notifying you, and you need to log in to continue using the Internet, and then tracker will show you that you are being throttled.
