Telkom Internet Capped/Uncapped User Feedback (Pt2)

Seems they've been playing with TI Tracker, the "bar" has gone from uncapped accounts but is still there for capped.

... problem is that the data used does not agree with saix userstats:

Edit: I see TI Tracker has reverted to the bar for uncapped again:

It's COMPLETELY unusable. I can't load webpages, try to update a program and it dl/s at less than 5kb.

Been like this for 3 days now.
 
Been poor for the past 3 days. Can't get a speed test over 0.3 Mbps. This is crap.

I did a tracert and it's the 3rd that keeps giving me * instead of numbers. Anybody know what this means ? Why is timing out there ?

NZB's are also heavily shaped from about 7AM till about 6PM. Less shaped from 6PM-7AM.
 
I'm beginning to think TelkomInternet have changed their usage thresholds, I've done 140 GBs this month and managed to move the bar (which is still green) exactly halfway, where previously this was not an issue. I will say futher investigation is needed, will report on this at end of the month.

Check that they have moved you to a profile that matches your new upgraded speed - might be that simple ...

Well I've been on 4Meg uncapped for quite some time, (last year Nov. if I recall correctly) and I've been able to do 200 GBs without getting the bar to go yellow.
 
I'm having the same problem as last week. Can ping certain sites, do nslookups and trace route works. But can't access any websites. I'm getting timeouts.

Me too, normally if I get the bar half way it's still green, and it was, but after a few days green at the halfway mark it magically turned orange... Not even yellow.
 
Also on my latest statement they seem to have dropped my 25% bundle discount?? Not the 25% contract discount because I never took a contract.
