Problem is which ISP do you go to? They all got people bitching about their service. I'm not interested in any business accounts as I dont think its worth it if you only pull between 100 and 150gigs on average per month.
Ti used to be great.
I stuck through all the slowness and silence about the real problem at the start of the year but I'm not gonna sit around again and wait 3 months for Ti to fix it or even get any sort of response
Now add an increase into the equation and Ti doesn't look as good as it once was....
Hope you told them where to get off? When I queried these speeds with TI yesterday I was told I really shouldn't expect speeds in excess of 2mb on a 4mb line…
Last night I got 250MB down between 0-6am, now I'm getting a dismal fluctuating 50kB/s.
Hope you told them where to get off?
Never fecking ever. They should outsource it to India - cannot get any worse!!!I'm guessing you don't deal with 10210 support very often?

When you download between midnight and 6, does it add to your cumulative totals?
EDIT: The totals for the last two days are 99% usenet downloads, between midnight and 6am.
Yes. But it should not impact your "usage bar" on TItracker.
