Ok, rebooted my router. Looks much better. Will monitor and see how it goes.

Nothings improved at all. Couldn't stream 720p on YouTube kept buffering every 5 secs.
Checked my network monitor and I was fluctuating between 100-200KB/s.

@Ranger can we have an update as to whats transpired, if anything happened at all.

Rebooting the router gave me "normal" speeds for about an hour and then it all fell to $h!t again.
 
Does downloading between 12pm -6am count towards your Download limit if you are a abuser or not
 
Aw thats awesome because i have been with telkom for a almost a year no and have no problems to scared to download because i will get throttled.

But so far so good way better than i had at Mweb

Netflix runnning fine
Youtube running fine
Gaming latency is ok i guess basicly the same as any other isp

But overall Very happy with Telkom Atm

If you schedule your downloads between 00:00-06:00 you should be fine and can pull down a lot.

You can keep and eye on https://secure.telkomsa.net/titracker/ Green is fine, Orange is a warning, Red is throttled.
And to check actual usage look at http://userstats.adsl.saix.net/
 
No, it wouldn't cause this. Please mail details (SMTP settings, email address you are sending from and to, error message etc.) to support at telkomsa dot net and PM me the ticket number, and I will get the email team to have a look.

Sorry to nag, I logged a support call and no-one has gotten back to me yet - I sent you a pm with the ticket number, please can you try assist? I still have this problem...
 
Last night was BAD!
I'm going to log a new incident with them today and if by the 25th things are still so shyte I'm moving.
I'm really getting tired of Ti having no regard to post an article or even send us a flippen email with some feedback :twisted:
We paying for our internet and in return we get snubbed!
