There has been some debate recently about how Steam downloads are classified by the various ISPs, the general consensus is that they’re viewed in the same light as torrents - best to schedule them during nightsurfer.Edit: Also the main things that download during the day were Steam games, not P2P so these seem to count negatively too.

I seem to recall that in the past a certain ISP allowed downloading after 6PM to 6AM
It's 12:20AM now and as you can see the account is seriously maxing my line on Usenet Downloads.
