The why don't you leave them and go to a decent ISP?Yes you should be able to stream 720p on 2Mb/s line just fine. Use to be able to do that but not any more, now even 360p is an issue and the problem lies squarly with Telkom Internet.

I can't see that we can possibly be introducing any issue on our side (at least since about Wednesday/Thursday).
There may of course still be some problem you don't see on other ISPs (e.g. SAIX intl), but it would help if you provided more info.

As the CW test account is working I assume your line is with Telkom and working.
Try your login details at TI webmail, if that works then your account is still active - http://webmail.telkomsa.net/
Also try the "chat to an agent" or log an ISP fault at http://www.telkom.co.za/myservices/

So since Saturday I've noticed I'm only getting 2 meg speeds on a 4 meg line. Any advice on how to fix this?
