Has your uncapped product changed? That is the correct question.

We had major problems in the Cape that persisted for many months. I have no confirmation that anything improved.

On a 2 Meg line I struggled to get 60Gb without being throttled despite mainly downloading overnight. This is well documented and the reason for many leaving the service, so let's not put our heads in the sand.

Not necessarily... Telkom has made quite a mess in CT while rolling out MSANs. This will obviously impact on user experiences. I've been fortunate in that I'm linked to an old IMAX.

I am also on an IMAX if the technicians are to be believed. Old or not, surely newer is better?

Would you know if they changed it to something less?

And just how many faults have been recorded on ISAMs over the last year? And on the IMAXs over the last 5 years?

I can get ADSL at just on 20Mbps on my current line. The planning for converting my area to ISAM has been completed and my SDC will be rerouted to an ISAM further away, with a max speed available to me of 16Mbps.

And both the IMAX and the ISAM work off metro-ethernet...

So how is newer better?

I have had no downtime in the last 2 years (other than a SoftSwitch failure that took down ALL services for an hour). How many ISAM subscribers have not had any downtime in the last year?

Multiple sessions... The SAIX usage tracker works on a calendar month. But you should know that as a TI subscriber.

+1 Telkom accounts be it uncapped or capped allows for multiple pppoe sessions which can throw the saix time counter out.

We can see that. What's so hard to comprehend about the time for individual sessions make up the total time, if you have multiple simultaneous sessions the time for each session gets added to the total time hence exceeding the amount of seconds in a calender month.

Could someone take a look at this and please identify a possible problem for me? My connection is very unstable. Sometimes I have very low latency and everything is great and then an hour later the internet is unusable. ISP- Telkom 4mb uncapped.
