Thanks alot guys, wanted to confirm before I open the taps and get throttled lol.

Something else that I was wondering about, that progress bar, will it fill up all through the month as you accumulate daytime usage regardless of how much you dl , or does it only start moving when you do more than a specified upper limit per day?

Good news, telkom techi was just here. nothing wrong with my line as I suspected.

He made a few calls and changed my physical port at the exchange.

There was heavy congestion on the DSLAM I was on.

FULL SPEED AHEAD CAPTION! :)

Ping on CS:GO is 30-40ms instead of the usual 170-200ms.

Guess I should enjoy it while it lasts :(

Are any other TI users in KZN experiencing streaming issues? I cannot for the life of me stream 720p youtube content or content from sites like movieshd.eu etc. The buffering is atrocious. 480p content is fine, I can download stuff at full line speed no problem. This happens on different systems running linux & windows.

It's a 2Mb/s line which used to stream stuff just fine, my line stats are also fine from what I can tell. I also noticed my ping is in the 90's with CS:GO which is high as far as I'm concerned. Could somebody possibly look into dslam backhaul congestion for me?
