Heard via a mate that there were over 8000 outstanding faults in the WC. The issue now is that the ISP (TI) gets the flak yet it is a Telkom network problem, which is beyond TI's control.It's been a Telkom network issue for the past year, however today is worse than usual.
I've given up hope. Logged a fault over a month ago and haven't heard anything. The multiple faults I logged before that amounted to nothing.
Don't know why I pay over R500 a month for such a **** service.

Can someone post up a link or explanation of how throttling is applied on telkom uncapped?
What speed do they throttle you down, under which circumstances and how do you know if you are being throttled? And do you start fresh from a clean slate for the next month? Much appreciated...
