During the day, excluding weekends and after 6PM, I've got a sneaking suspicion that the thresholds where changed, either last month or the month before...

Edit check previous months in the link in my sig, never been an issue yet...

If that's only daytime usage the amount is reasonable for the price i would say.

No, nothing was changed. After the end of the month I can't really compare usage accurately (NightSurfer usage isn't stored beyond the end of the month), but PM me your username and I will verify whether all your sessions were consistently recorded on all systems.

Can you try with winmtr or pingplotter or mtr?

The high variability indicates something in the path is near congestion, and traceroute can give an incorrect view of the problem, where the other tools that ping all the hops simultaneously gives a better picture of where the problem is.
 
whoa gaming lag absolutely vicious in the evenings. 440 ms in diablo. after 12 miraculously drops down to 200ms. can this be addressed plz?!

PS: something to note, im in cpt and the other dude in the game thats also on telkom is in gauteng, we were both lagging to hell and back then suddenly after 12 and boom lag went away. so clearly it's a centralised problem. other ppl in the game were on mweb and they were running lag free.

I'll run one of those next time it happens, which I assume will be tomorrow afternoon/evening. Like LBXAC20 said, it magically fixes itself after 12pm.
 
other than gaming lag in the evenings, youtube, streaming,downloading everything else is absolutely fine tho. (4mb)

Gaming hasn't been great lately. :( . Idk what is wrong actuaĺly coz my latency aint too bad, it's like between 220 and 250ms ping EU, but i am experiencing bad frame drops and the game feels like it's not running at 60fps.

I used a Crystalweb trial account last month and the issues i had was noticeably better compared to telkom. I got more or less the same Ping, with minor latency differences here and there, but the overall network quality felt better with much less frame drops and it seemed to me the game was running more smoothly aswell.

So ja Idk.

Youtube, Twitch and browsing is running perfectly. Youtube I stream full HD without issues or buffering and twitch is streaming on high whole day long( can't stream on source though, buffers all the time).

Games I have noticed this is:
Destiny
Battlefield 4
Battlefield Hardline
GtaV

All on Ps4
 
Twitch isn't perfect for me. I can't even watch a stream at "Low" with my 10Mb/s line. Never have been able to.
