Does downloading between 00:00 - 07:00 go towards your data usage from now on?

The reason I ask, is I only download during those times mentioned above and my data usage under TI tracker is showing full red. The status bar is right to the end. Now my kids stream youtube during the day right up to around 8-9pm. Could that be have a negetive impact on my usage? I estimate they stream around 100GB+- a month.
I'm on a 2Mbps Uncapped product.

that type of usage on a 2mbps line is on the higher side, so yes, it's correct.

FUP on a 2mb line is between 100-120GB daytime usage.
Night Surfer between 12-7am does not count towards your usage.

I only download during Night Surfer time but recently the SO has been watching a lot of Youtube videos on her Ipad in the evenings so I guess that has pushed up my usage this month.

Anyone else having problems with Telkom tonight, again. Can't connect to certain sites, addresses don't resolve. Probably the same DNS issue as last night.

Yesterday was the first day in quite a few that I didn't see significant latency.

Maybe they're just ping-ponging us all between different routing solutions and when its good for some of us, others suffer :/
