This is something about Telkom that I don't understand.. I have a friend that's on a 10GB capped account and when he gets capped, he can still use his internet, but at a lower speed. On my uncapped account, after 200GB I get reduced to exactly the same speed my friend is on when he is capped. And you just confirmed that speed returns to normal at midnight tonight.Until tomorrow, usage is reset at midnight on the last day of the month.
So wtf is the difference between a 200GB capped account and an uncapped account?
I am throttled at 204GB on a 4mbps line, cancellation being done as we speak
My line is as slow as an owl swimming through custard right now.

So how do I know if this is not added to my soft cap ?
