Did you reboot your router for 20 secs or so? Mine does this rarely but I have seen it happen.

Ah man, I'll investigate tonight and state my findings in the morning
So after a few weeks of sitting with a useless IDS telkom finally activated it... well sorta. It won't connect and when I pop it in my phone it says "PDP authentication failure".
The wait continues.
BTW - assuming it starts working one day is there a way to check the available data left?
EDIT: If i change my APN from TelkomInternet to Internet it connects but I can't access anything.
Sure, log in to customerportal.telkomsa.net . When authentication has worked correctly, you will see something new (what youbsee depends on whether you have the IDS feature or just the normal capped data).
Also, if it qas provisiomed correctly, you will see some (mimimal) details on the 'Password' page in customer portal.
What IP address do you get? Can you see the connection in customer portal (on the connectivity page)?
(You should get an IP in 105.185.*; you should see your session in customer portal).
Ah, sorry, I misread your previous post. It must auth on TelkomInternet to work.I see nothing... anywhere.
If I use TelkomInternet it won't connect, if I use Internet it connects but I can't browse.![]()

Whoa sorry for the late response but my speed seems to be excellent during the night, from my investigation i achieve max speedStill having issues with downloads during Nightsurfer. Very few of my scheduled downloads are completed overnight.

very very frustrating... trying to play a game of rocket league, and skype audio call.. (which I do from time to time) on a 20meg line... I know the fine print says Telkom doesn't guarantee speeds... but surely they can do better than getting me disconnected from skype several times in 10 mins.
