All okay on my side, except for the issue of hitting the pathetic FUP and now I must wait like 10 mins for Vox Telecom's website to load.

Fair enough - I use 500gb per month, excluding night surfer, so I don't run afoul of whatever the cap is with 20mb uncapped.

Anyone else seeing high latency in KZN 150ms odd to local, and Netflix taking a good 1 minute before the video starts playing. YouTube can't even get more than 3mbps on a 20mbps line.
Switched to internet solutions accounts and full speed, low latency

You could always try using an alternate set of dns servers.

I often find myself using 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 or 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

Using 8.8.8.8 , still having loading issues. Telkom says they don’t see any issue on the line.

Also having the the problem this morning where its connected but nothing loads, fine when I change to my Afrihost account. When I phoned they recreated my port but died soon afterwards

I`m trying to access my Telkom internet account however I`m getting an error "Connectivity features will not be available until you have used your internet account"even if the account is active and I had the account from 2011.Does anyone getting this error.

Hi had a question. I had an issue with my copper cables which Telkom sorted out.

The problem is my line is syncing at 4091kbps

Previously it synced at 5120 kbps which I assume was the ASSIA?

Will my line automatically resync to 5120 or am I now stuck at syncing at 4091?

NVM - issue seems to have resolved itself
