Hi

I am not sure if this is correct place in the forum...

I've been having a lot of internet drops on my Telkom line since last month. Around 3 October last month I noticed my internet connection kept dropping. I logged a ticket with Telkom and also bought a new router around the 5/6 October last month to ensure that the router was not my problem.

I got a call from Telkom some time 2 weeks after logging ticket and they said they had discovered issue in my area and my line should be resolved. After testing my internet the issue was still present. Telkom said that my router was faulty so last week Thursday I got the router swapped out and got another new router. I still have disconnects on my line and pretty much at my limit with Telkom...

I mostly use my Internet lately for gaming and have been playing mostly Destiny 2 and occasionally PUBG. I also use my internet for steaming. I also notice issues with Netflix and Youtube.

If i look at my usage for September vs October, October seem pretty unstable. I assume the session refers to number of connections per day?
September - October -
During month of September I had no issues gaming or steaming.

Does has any ideas how I could get this solved?

Edit: I am in Durban.

go to the Catholic church corner of Church (funny that) and Korhaan.
say 3 x Hail Mary's
& buy the priest a leg of lamb & a bottle of Vodka.

that's about your best chance getting Telkom DSL issues resolved.

((you can try praying as well....but I trust the leg of lamb and Vodka more)).

:-)
