Telkom Internet data usage website

massive problems my side as well. im on prepaid LTE have over 60Gig data and often get "out of bundle" response im moving to another provider end of this month. Think this load shedding killing towers
 
It happens often, even on their app it's sometimes not possible to log in.
 
Wow and im thinking of Porting to them.
So I found a deal on a Samsung A54 with them, its a 5G phone AND I checked coverage and there's NO 5G in my area, well specifically where I am

So how would that work for their mobile data on the phone? 4G? slower speeds?

Interestingly they have Fibre - Doesnt help
And have LTE - Doesnt help either as im not taking a data contract

Just that the phone is 5G but there's no 5G reception here
 
when it works it is flawless but when you need comms wont be there
 
I have been with Telkom for years....first adsl and now fibre. I used to get data usage straight into my inbox when on adsl, so no problem there. I went the fibre route a few years ago, and have been trying ever since to find out how much data I use per month. Have lost count of how many times I have been to a store, or tried to check by phone, or online, with the latter being met with the deadlink as per Spoon Spatula above. Now, I don`t even bother/worry about it anymore...

No point because there is no limit. Cool-Ideas have the same principle. Perhaps you can check on the Telkom app.
