Hello, can anyone access the Telkom Webmail site, or send and receive in Outlook/Your preferred e-mail client?

Gmail (My huge e-mail backup utility) has shown me that is has connection issues to my Telkom account since 17:11. Is there a problem or what?

Thanks.

Same problem this side. Outlook 2007 is prompting for username and password and reporting an "Internal Server Error" however when I attempted to connect to port 110 of pop3.telkomsa.net I get a connection failed error.

Titracker down, cannot log into saix either.
Need to know how much cap I got left... :(

I have the same problem, but now I can't even access the adsl network with my telkomsa.net account (I'm capped but my router won't even log into my telkomsa.net account) - it says incorrect username and password. The username and password are definitely correct though.

Oh...and it seems I can't access the telkomsa.net website...

Phoned, and the excuse is that their authentication server is dead that was 14 hours ago ... , PATHETIC
So now it is me and my BlackBerry ... , not ideal, but it works ...

Just spoke to Telkom Internet support, Telkom/SAIX are having issues with their Radius servers and as a result the ADSL authentication is failing for Telkom ADSL accounts and also for email accounts hosted by them. Not sure if its restricted to the @telkomsa.net realm but it could be. Estimated time of resolution is today (Thursday) sometime. Shocking.
