Anything exceeding R5/GB is a complete rip off and I refuse to pay it.
And the extra Local Data isn't worth the trouble, since it's so heavily shaped during
the day, and the stuff available to you is severely limited.

You guys need to learn the difference between Telkom Internet and Telkom. They are managed as if they are two completely different companies.

I think you need to learn to use the internet. I think just youtube alone is more than that for me.
Is 1meg not available in your area? You can just call telkom to get your line upgraded.
If that turns out to be the case, I thought for 1 nanosecond, I might consider ditching my stupid WA titan account and getting a 20GB telkom account.

I was a bit lazy to search, but that's a nice price. I use 30GB on uncapped and can certainly downscale (on downloads) for more consistent speed.

Why not take the "Do level 3" broadband offering from Telkom which is R554 pm?If you take out line rental of R413 this equates to R141 pm for 16GB international?

ex vat price as shown on your telkom invoice, but if you have a 4/10 meg line you get the DO discount, which is shown seperately.

You know, this kinda makes Do 3 worth it... I can't believe it, but I might switch back to Do! Local gigs are cool, too.
EDIT: NVM rsaweb do a 4mb line with 1GB for 350 LOL... Kinda wish it was 25-30gb as I would definitely bite.
