I have been having Internet issues with Telkom for over a year. The problem is that my internet works fine from about 8am till about 4pm. There after I cannot connect to the internet. I have been to the Telkom store in Chatsworth Centre in Durban and have not had the problem fixed. I have been given a contact no. for a Gary Whitley who never returns calls. They have sent me from pillar to post and I have not received any help. They tell me it's a problem with the exchange and a technician will be sent out. I have also been in cotact with a Tyrone Naidoo [email protected] who never replies to emails but says he will help. My reference number is 503CNK270115. Nobody at Telkom seems to be very helpful and because Telkom is the only telecommunications company, nobody's issues are take care of.
