Then made the mistake of selecting options centre to cancel my internet service, not my line - big mistake, they knew nothing of a 25% discount. Another 1 hour on the phone wasted. Called 10210 again, selected options centre > cancel my line option. Waited 45 minutes for an operator. She processed my request in 5 minutes. "25% discount Sir? Sure, no problem. Done.
