Telkom Internet Uncapped User Feedback.

My torrent downloads seem to completely die (0 kilobytes per second) during the day. They magically start up and run at "full" speed (95 kilobytes per second) at around midnight till about 8AM, then die again. This is has been going on all month. HTTP downloads during the day and night fly at "full" speed (105 kilobytes per second).

Anybody know of an ISP that doesn't throttle?

Strange... I run all my series dl's from 6am every day and by lunch time they are done.

I am an "abuser". But what I find strange is that it has been like this since the very beginning of the month when we are al suppose to start from a clean slate.

Weird, I just dumped a magnet link for a 60's movie with <30 seeds and it's coming down at full speed.

Yes, it will. Here on MyBB you have TelkomZA, the official Telkom rep, and ranger, an awesome oke from Telkom Internet. Both have assisted plenty of folks here. By not querying your problem you become your own worst enemy.
 
please can someone help me out. I've got a major latency problem when i play on EU servers... League of legends has become unplayable for me :( please can someone explain to me if there is something going on that I'm not aware of. Thank you guys.

Maybe do tracerts and pm them to TelkomZA?

Ok i know how to do that. But what IP do i use? Must i use league of legends IP addresses? And will a tracert help anything? Coz my ping fluctuates so badly.... I'm sorry im moaning i just really want my perfect internet back.

Edit: the sessions are high due to bad weather in the cape, my line is unstable when it rains.
 
Would you guys recommend TelkomInternet as a possible ISP to go to for M-Web refugees?

Thanks ponder, will do it tonight, so by checking the single-to-noise and attenuation and other stuff as a combined whole should give me sort of an idea if 4mb is possible on my line or not, hopefully I can upgrade!

As for the rest of my questions I had yesterday regarding these 4mb Telkom Internet uncapped accounts, anyone have some advise on it?

- How is international ping for gaming? (Heroes of Newerth, Guild Wars 2, etc)
- How is streaming (just Youtube atm), but looking into maybe Netflix etc if streaming is very good.
- Using about 150Gb atm on my 2Mb line (so obviously if I use Netflix usage will climb alot, lets make it 300Gb total for the month), will this account be ok for this usage?
- What is the current price for the full bundle? 4mb uncapped TI with Line? I read something about a discount, how much is it?
