We don't intentionally throttle gaming. However, some gaming traffic may not be recognised correctly, in which case it will get incorrect prioritisation.
If this occurs, we need more details (which game, IP of the server, traceroute to the server IP) to be able to investigate further.
We believe we have resolved problems with League of Legends, but would like feedback from users before taking the same approach with other games.
BattleField 4 local servers were MUCH better last night. Ping is still not perfect but I'll settle for 30. 2 nights ago I was getting 400 pings on local BF4 servers.
Also started seeing a bit of light at the end of the 10MB line tunnel. Starting to get 6MB/s with my speedtests, although not consistent.
