NNTP downloads at 1/3 of line capacity on 10Mbit, hulu breaking up, netflix unusable.

Sorry Ranger, nothing is fixed for me.

Don't have the time to post the info you need as it's much easier hopping onto Afrihost where everything is perfect.

I know you are not to blame, but this has reached Nkandla-gate proportions of ridiculousness.

Perhaps you can help me with my TI cancellation ? After 45 minutes on hold today I gave up.

It seems I cannot even free myself from this Telkom induced purgatory.

Much better for me as well. Streaming 1080p at the moment...

Did a speedtest with mybroadband but the results were bogus.

Updating league of legends on my 4mb line. (Http only, peer to peer disabled) - Getting 56kb/s on Telkom, 400kb/s on Vox. errr :erm:

And if my S4 doesn't want to connect too my wireless, because " your internet is too slow"?

Yeah, sorry Ranger... Apart from a small window earlier international is still rubbish. Can't even load basic Instagram vids without it buffering for long periods.

Seems a new fix is in order.

Does it say "too slow", or "unstable"? I've been getting "Your wifi connection is unstable" since the update to 4.3, on all wifi networks I use.. Of course, no other devices have problems, except on one network where the S4 seems to make the AP fall over (also only since 4.3).

Thanks for the results.
 


2MB line, getting mixed results, the one minute high ping the next so so high, same with downloads.
 
Pings seem better but http downloads are horrid, going at about 5-10 kb/s.

It gave both actually, but the "too slow" was the last one.

It settled after about 5 minutes.

I get the "unstable" message on my S4 as well after 4.3. Buggy Samsung crap, as usual.
