Please check tomorrow morning, and let me know if you have seen an improvement (or not). Please consider doing a speedtest as well, and providing that, so if there is no improvement I have something to provide as feedback.

@shaunvw, thanks for the feedback. It does look better, not quite acceptable yet IMHO ...

Improvements are ongoing, I will only find out a bit later if they will cover uncapped (some more upgrades are required, after which we will know more).

Good to hear, oink oink. :)

Thinking about the 2meg bundled account, with the speed upgrade later this month. It's cheaper than M-Web even.

Looks like they're testing the 2Mbs uncapped speed limiting, my 1Mbs uncapped was running at max line speed between 6 & 12 on my 6Mb line Sunday morning.

Same thing happened when I first signed up last October - took them a week or two to get it right :)
 
Mine is running perfectly, can't wait for the upgrade though.
 
Looks like my Telkom 1Mb Uncapped account is now upgraded to 2Mb.

Switched to it at 7:30 last night and it ran flat out at 2.05Mbps until I switched back to capped at 8:00 this morning (I loaded up some well seeded torrents) :)
 
I have been around the block and have to say Telkom Internet's uncapped service are top. Ive been expieriencing some improvement the past week on their network... anybody else?

Glad am subscribed to this thread and saw your message, have also been upgraded :D.

Test conducted on Wednesday, August 08, 2012 10:40:55

Download Speed: 2656 kbps (332 KB/sec transfer rate)

Upload Speed: 856 kbps (107 KB/sec transfer rate)

Latency: 56 ms

Tested on my 10MB line with above results, back to 1MB line now :) Note: i download at about 250KB/s though and not faster :p

@Underworld, have also noticed it being really fast and stable. Telkom Internet - +10 Other iSPs - no comment :p

Anyone not able to access international sites?
I couldn't access any sites at all, reset my pc and router now I can only access local.
 
Yep - international is down on Telkom capped as well.

Edit - Axxess is up but with long ping times.

I'm able to access un-cached content on the telkom news server. So there must be some access to international.
