Lately my Telkom Internet usage mailings have been notable by their absence.
While I DO understand that good services and customer support are not part of Telkom's service offerings and that one should touch one's forelock and genuflect whenever receiving a modicum of mediocrity, I am wondering whether this is a general failing or whether I have been singled out for some special treatment.
