Telkom Internet Usage Mailing is inconsistent

I exist only in my own mind ...
Lately my Telkom Internet usage mailings have been notable by their absence.

While I DO understand that good services and customer support are not part of Telkom's service offerings and that one should touch one's forelock and genuflect whenever receiving a modicum of mediocrity, I am wondering whether this is a general failing or whether I have been singled out for some special treatment.
 
Nope not just you, mine have been missing for the past few days as well.

then of course I find the odd one in the SPAM bin as well on occasion.
 
I have received the mailing every day - normally arrives between 1 and 2 am in the morning but yesterday only arrived at 07:37am. Otherwise no problems especially considering I am not capped yet. For some reason my usage this month is substantially down - currently at just over 3GB.
