Telkom Internet Usage Tracking Tool shows 0.GB used

Guys, I just signed up for the uncapped 1Mb line, and it's been activated (they did it for me right here on the spot). However, they asked that I now apply the new username and password, and save that into the modem. I've gone into the Billion 400G setup wizard (or something of the sorts), and set the new password and username. Now when I go to either the SAIX or the Telkom website, it shows that there are no active connections, and 0GB used.... is that normal?

Same here. Looks as if the tracker does not work for uncapped...

Just checked and it's working for me but I'm not using it at the moment so I can't comment on the "current sessions" query.

Yeah mine works as well. But now that I've gone uncapped... I dunno what the *c%! to download! Hahaha!

Haha it must've been a major crash if until now, there are still a few bugs with the tracker.

I courier you a external hard drive with a 40 page list of things to download for me

Been on uncapped for a year and a Telkom 5 gig account and never a day when I had nothing to download

Last month's bill just dropped (the month I downloaded like crazy cos I thought I wouldn't be billed). And it's R1 230. Still less than what I ''should've'' been billed though, so it's fine.

incorrect usage tracker

This morning my usage tracker indicate that I have a 5 gig bundle and I know I have a 10 gig cap telkom bundle and top this off it indicate that I have a 3.8 gig out of bundle charge,what is going on ,yesterday it still state that I am on a 10 gig cap bundle

About 2 days ago, I was using my Telkom 1GB account. It had already reached its cap and it had local usage only. Suprisingly, when i switched my ADSL accounts, It started downloading Mass Effect 3 demo. Does Origin work locally or something?
