Telkom Internet Usage Tracking Tool shows 0.GB used

Our 1 GB account is still humming along, even though I am apparently 4 or 7 GBs over the cap, but the larger accounts are reporting their usage correctly.

So I think that the usage tool is royally f***ed, I checked the e-mail I got this morning and apparently I used less than 500 MB.

I normally keep my TI capped account as backup and then offer it to the TK crew towards the end of the month.... and then Ook got hold of it!!!!


BTW: TK crew = ThreadKiller perverts :p
 
Mine TITracker reports much lower usage then SAIX, hope the capping works with TITRACKER, would hate to be capped with Seacom crap going on.
 
Sooooo... I've switched my router on and off many times, but still I am not capped. I have a 1 gig account, and I am currently on 21 gigs (all of which are from news.saix.etc). Just tried calling them now, but there's only so much of that damn canned music I can take!!
 
Well, now the tracker seems to be almost working again. It reports that I've used 16.3GB, but it seems to be updating itself far too slowly for me to rely on it. So the piece o' s*!t's actually still broken.

But what'll you guys do if you do get billed an exorbitant fee, despite it being Telkom's fault?
 
I think I should just register to go uncapped at 1Mbps. Can anyone get me the link which accurately lists Telkom uncapped prices?
