Telkom is amazing!

So I've been on mweb for the last few months. Uncapped et al. But then last few days I havn't even browse on mweb, was stupid. So I switched over to an old telkom account (because of my households telecomunciation needs it was cheaper to get the line from one of telkoms deals) and found something AMAZING.

On mweb my max download speed on torrents and such was around 250, 300 on a good day.

Currently downloaded at 850-900kb/s on telkom - torrenting
 
Capped accounts do not have a line speed limit set, thats why you downloading that fast. I assume you are on a 10mb line
 
erm yes. on an uncapped line you sacrifice speed and quality for volume.
That said, yesterday was a bad day on mweb. All fine now tho.
 
Also getting better gaming pings so yeah.

Please wake up, there is no shaping on a telkom account because your gonna get a measly 9 gig out of it and then they shut you down .
And of course you gonna get 4 meg from mweb ,your paying for an 4 meg connection, it doesnt matter if telkom is giving you a direct adsl 2+ 20mb/s right into there backbone, your account with mweb is limited to 4mb/s

so sure use up your "telkom is brilliant" 9 gig in 1 hour 30 and go pay them for more cap, ill have my 220 gig a month and play my games while i wait
