Could not have happened to a better company ! I dont think I ever wished for a company to fail as much as I do for Telkom. Sad but true

I thought it is impossible to leave telkom......
So there is still hope for the other 47.5% that tried to leave.lol evidently not.

Telkom is hurting
Telkom has released its interim financial results for the six months ended 30 September 2018, which shows a big loss in fixed broadband subscribers.
Telkom’s fixed broadband subscribers declined from 999,311 in September 2017 to 974,181 in September 2018 – a year-on-year decline of 2.5%.
Such a shame that Telkom is going to be in dire straits sometime soon. They are such an efficient, friendly and helpful SOE... They can all go to hell as far as I'm concerned.
Their prices are ridiculous, who on earth will go for Telkom FTTH while independent ISPs offer better deals? Telkom charges a line rental for wireless products such as FLLA service, who on earth will rent a sim card for R300 a month?
don't forget the SABC with their compulsory licencesMybb really seems to have it in for Telkom. If only they were the same towards dstv...
Might have been a joke but it's actually not so bad if you count the yearly increases. Why would they want to service double the lines at half the price?Telkom Fixed Broadband Subscribers
