Well I just looked here and WOW !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! http://adsl24.co.uk/broadband/?showall=yes&sort=upstream&dir=desc

37.00 GBP = 407.699 ZAR

that is Amazing we pay from R459 up to R3000 for 4mbts uncapped account ....
they pay R 410 for 24 Mb uncapped account ..
Telkom is ripping us off ... :mad:

I just needed to say somthing because I was going mad ...

why is telkom and all the ISp's overcharging us telkom should up the line speeds and down the prices !!!!!!!!!
 
Telkom, Eskom, Incredible Connection, the corner shop take your pick. This is Africa we are being ripped off around every corner I am just glad that YOU the OP has come to the party & realised it. Now you can bend over & take it with the knowledge that you not the only one. Swiftly moving along :p

PC Zone, Esquire, Afrihost (the latter trying to change things), the other corner shop on the corner, take your pick. This is Africa where some are trying to improve the lot of the many. It's just unfortunate that the OP, and others, have not come to the party to do their bit. Now whinge, complain and always see the downside and you can be guaranteed that you will not be the only one, especially here on MyBB.
 
Wow, thanks for this thread. It has opened my eyes to the truth. I always thought that Telkom was the best thing since sliced bread. You, sir, are my hero.
 
Telkom is best company there is. They have never robbed me of anything I was not willing to give up
