My work has 2 Telkom DSL accounts.

How can I determine how much cap these account have without phoning Telkom?

How can I change the passwords without phoning Telkom?

Log in on each one, go to the www.telkomsa.net and find the TiTracker. Sign up for daily email reports on your usage. This will give you your stats.
