So not much will change. From what I was told it was "some new line" that aki from 702 was at the launch for.

There is supposedly going to be a free 1mb upgrade for all 384kb subbies, but they may have been referring to Telkom's new network initiative that is planting MSAN's all over... 40mb speed ftw.

Pity Telkom is in court with ZTE about the contracting...

I don't know all of them, but according to the Telkom guy I spoke to in my area it is going to be Waterkloof Ridge, some parts of Monument Park and Pierre van Ryneveld. Basically if you are in those suburbs and you are on a 10mb exchange you probably can get upto 40mb when they start with the trial.

Ranger explained it in one of his posts. SAIX has not / will not give TI cheaper wholesale rates.
