Telkom LTE data missing

Hi, I top up LTE 10GB data on 26th Jan 2019. This morning there was 385MB left. I contacted Telkom and they informed me that between 00h01 27thJan and 23h59 28thJan2019 7GB data was used. The night data wasnt used. The telephone operator disconnected my call when I asked for a reference no. Where can I go to assist please?
