Im on LTE SmartBroadband50 contract. Last month I needed more data so I have purchased 40Gb once off data that suppose to expire on 13th of Mach ( 19Gb left). Now 1st of March I have received my monthly 50Gb of data. So I want to use the data that expires on 13th of March before it expires but the data is being deducted from the 50Gb that suppose to last whole month. I have called Telkom call centre and they said I have to first waste the 50 Gb of data that expires at the end of March before I can access the data that expires on 13th of March. Now this f.... ridiculous. Who the hell designed this system?, Mickey Mouse or Tom & Jerry? I have asked for refund but no success.
I have paid for that data so I want to be able to use it before it expires.
Is there somebody out there that had the same experience or can advice me where to go or who to contact as Im not planing to leave it even if it has to go to the court.
