Telkom LTE won't load Wikipedia

Hi there, I live in Table View, Cape Town, and since yesterday cannot access Wikipedia via my Telkom LTE modem - neither with my computer nor with my cellphone. Even when I disconnect my cellphone from WiFi, it still cannot access Wikipedia on the Telkom network (it's a Telkom phone). Some other websites also aren't working properly... Is anyone else experiencing similar issues? Any suggestions?

But no Wikipedia pages are loading...
e.g. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page also won't load...
