Morning

I need to get some response. Last night LTE connection was bad to UK.
3.5mB/s Up 3.5mB/s Down,very poor performance. There was no way I could play online.


Does Telkom have any means or website were problems could be high lighted. Or poor piss performance get pointed out.

1) Line down etc.

I had an issue where my connection would become completely unusable in the evenings (big surprise) and I decided to spam their Facebook page with speed tests and bitching. After about 2 months they resolved it, and now I'm relatively happy about the connection. Never dips below 8mbps download.
