Telkom MacBook Pro deal

I have applied for Telkom MacBook Pro deal, on 30 July 2018, on 7 I receive approval message after debit order was done, every time i call 10213, after waiting 30 minutes on the line, the tell me they are out of stock, till today they stil dont have stock. On the website they are stil offering the deal even though they dont have it.
